We ask only a three things, which are designed to make the experience of returning your product as fast and efficient as possible.
- Get a Returns Management Number, this allows us to identify and deal with your return as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Take a little care when returning your product, wrap it, or box it well to avoid any issues in transit.
- If your item is of high value, then use a tracked and insured service when returning your item, we cannot take responsibility for losses in transit, if we don’t receive your item, then we cannot process it.
